Frequently Asked Questions

Question: Do I need an appointment?

Answer: We accept appointments and walk ins, however, appointments are highly recommended.

Question: How do I schedule an appointment?

Answer: You can schedule by stopping by, giving us a call at (907)283-2299, or messaging our Facebook page.

Question: What are your appointment policies?

Answer: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment you must call at least an hour before your appointment, we do ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can try to fill that time slot.

We will hold your appointment time for five minutes past your scheduled time. Example: if you have a 2pm appointment we will hold your slot until 2:05pm, if you are not here by 2:05pm then your spot will be given away.

You will be considered a No-Show if you miss your scheduled appointment or are excessively late. After two No-Shows you will no longer be authorized to schedule appointments and will only be able to do walk-ins. Aqua Pod no-shows will be charged 50% of a single session cost for all no-shows due to the 30 minutes of preparation involved prior to the session.

Question: Where can I find pricing?

Answer: You can find our pricing under the "Photos" tab on our website and pinned to the top of our Facebook page.

Question: I have never been there before, how do I get set up?

Answer: When you come in for your first visit we will need a photo ID and phone number to set up an account and type up paperwork. After this visit you will be in our system so you will give us your last name when you come in and we can pull up your account. Anything you purchase will be tracked on your account for you.

Question: Do I need to be over 18 years old to come in?

Answer: If you are under 18 years of age then we do need parental consent on your paperwork, after we receive this consent then you can come in on your own. 

Question: Can I bring my children with me?

Answer: No children under the age of 12 are permitted in the building unless they are the client (in which case they must have adult supervision at all times). Children over the age of 12 may wait in our lobby if they can sit quietly and not disturb our other guests.

Question: What are your hours?

Answer: We are open Monday-Friday from 10am-7pm and Saturday from 11am-3pm. We are closed on Sunday's and major federal holidays.
